Thai Semar app for iPhone and iPad

Thai Semar is an application that functions to help companies manage and record Hazards, Inspection, Data Analtytic, SHE Inspection, and Problem Identification and Corrective Action(PICA).



Semar has 6 modules, includes Hazard Report, Equipment Inspection, SHE Inspectiont, Data Analytic and Problem Identification and Corrective Action (PICA). This application functions to record all data related to the Hazard Report, Equipment Inspection, SHE Inspectiont, Data Analytic and Problem Identification and Corrective Action (PICA). The Hazard module functions to record the possibility of a dangerous event occurring and requires corrective action which will be displayed on the PICA module. Equipment Inspection functions to make it easier for the inspector to inspect all the tools and devices used, in the inspection there is also a checking checklist for each tool and corrective action is needed if a device is damaged or has an error, and this corrective action will appear in the PICA module. For Data Analytic, User can see dashboard from all modul in this app. It make easier user to check conclusion from all modul. For PICA, the module serves as a record of the required corrective actions for each module. And features of this app are used for general public.
